Business Development Manager-US

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US market. We need a true hunter and doer who can identify opportunities, open new doors, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into new logos.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new client requirements and business opportunities in the US market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls.
• Pitch our IT Staffing, Recruitment, and Workforce Solutions.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting meeting proposal negotiation closure.
• Acquire new clients and consistently build the sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to fulfill them.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Develop long-term relationships and expand business within acquired accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in US Business Development / Sales.
• Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, or Consulting preferred.
• Demonstrated success in bringing new logos and generating revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of US business culture and client engagement.
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
• Highly persistent, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
