Business Development Manager _Us Market

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, and email to generate qualified meetings
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across target enterprise accounts
• Support the full sales cycle: qualification, meetings, proposals, and closure
• Engage with key stakeholders and present TESCRA s IT services capabilities
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, and marketing teams for proposals and pitches
• Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasts

Must-Have Skills

• 3-10 years of experience in inside sales / business development in IT services
• Proven track record in lead generation and outbound (hunting) roles
• Exposure to GCC (Global Capability Centers) / enterprise accounts
• Working knowledge of IT services (Cloud, Data, Digital Engineering, etc.)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage pipeline, follow-ups, and client interactions

Good to Have

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot)
• Understanding of digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field
• MBA is an added advantage
