FCS Software Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth within the US IT Staffing domain.

:
• Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle client acquisition through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Identify and engage with Tier-1 clients, direct clients, and potential staffing partners.
• Achieve revenue and business development targets.
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to support client requirements.

:
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within US IT Staffing.
• Strong experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Tier-1 client / direct client experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the US Staffing market and business development process.
• Comfortable working in a US Night Shift and Work From Office environment.
