Business Development Manager - Tender

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender documents and scope of work.
• Navigate and utilize platforms like GeM, CPPP, and eproc for tender opportunities.
• Draft, compile, and organize technical and commercial bid proposals.
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to gather required information.
• Ensure compliance with tender submission guidelines and deadlines.
• Identify new business opportunities in government sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with government clients and stakeholders.
• Travel as required to meet clients and attend tender-related meetings.

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in tendering within the IT and government industry.
• Excellent understanding of government procurement platforms like GeM, CPPP, and eproc.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and proposal compilation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to review technical and commercial documents critically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of the tendering process and compliance requirements.
