Business Development (Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM) | FM Industry

Role Overview

This is a strategic Business Development role focused on driving new customer acquisition, key account development, and business expansion across diverse industry sectors.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver solution-driven Integrated Facility Management services while contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned business growth targets.
• Develop relationships with CXOs, Procurement Heads, Administration, Facility Heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across assigned sectors and geographies.
• Lead customer presentations, commercial discussions, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, and Operations teams to develop customized and competitive business solutions.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and long-term account development.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business expansion.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the Facility Management (FM/IFM) industry is mandatory.
• Experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Technical Services, Security Services, Engineering Services, Workplace Solutions, Industrial Services, Building Services, or related Facility Management businesses will be preferred.
• Proven experience in new business acquisition, solution selling, commercial proposals, tenders, costing, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree is mandatory. Engineering/Technical background and/or MBA will be an added advantage.
