Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for General Insurance products through Banca channels.
  
• Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the banking industry.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of insurance solutions into banking services.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Provide training and support to bank employees on bancassurance products and processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Banca Sales or related field (preferably from a leading Bank/NBFC).
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance sales principles, including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, etc.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
