Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional results.

Job Description

1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with ORRA's growth strategy.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends.
3. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate business development activities.
4. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, suppliers, and industry influencers.
5. Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives.
6. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established goals and objectives.
7. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely project delivery.
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks, challenges, and obstacles to project success.
9. Identify opportunities for geographical and market expansion, both domestically and internationally.
10. Conduct market feasibility studies and develop market entry strategies for new locations.
11. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and key accounts.
12. Monitor and analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
13. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

Skill Required

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in business development, project management, or a related role within the luxury retail or jewelry industry.
3. Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the luxury jewelry sector.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
