Business Development Manager - Pharma - LATAM/CIS

- We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to spearhead our API expansion strategy across the LATAM and CIS regions.

- In this role, you will act as the primary architect for market entry and growth, identifying high-potential opportunities for our API portfolio while managing complex relationships with regional distributors, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and regulatory bodies.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure seamless product launches and supply continuity.

- Your efforts will directly influence our global footprint, driving revenue growth and establishing our brand as a preferred partner in these high-growth emerging markets.

Experience Requirements:

- Last 7 - 10 years working in Business Development of API in LATAM / CIS market, mainly in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico.

- Must be ready to travel around 7 to 8 times a year.

- Must have travelled min 2-3 times to LATAM countries.

- Currently or have worked in the past with an API manufacturing organization.

- Knowledge of LATAM market in terms of top 10 customers, top and bottom selling products, regulatory requirements, and upcoming changes in local government policies.

- Knowledge of General, Onco (small volume), and Sterile API product range related to market share, market/product penetration, competitors positioning, and expected growth for product segment.
