Business Development Manager - MEP

About the Role

BuildMyInfra (BMI) is looking for a Business Development Manager – MEP Project Sales to drive new business opportunities for our MEP, SITC and Turnkey Projects.We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in B2B project sales and business development who can identify potential clients, build relationships with decision-makers and convert project opportunities into business.

What You'll Do

Identify and generate new business opportunities for MEP & Turnkey Projects

• Develop relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, facility teams and corporate clients
• Generate leads through market research, networking, references and direct outreach
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client meeting, proposal, negotiation and closure
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical/estimation teams to prepare suitable proposals
• Handle commercial discussions, negotiations and project enquiries
• Develop business across warehouses, retail, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Project Sales
• Experience in MEP, EPC, HVAC, Electrical, Turnkey Projects or Infrastructure
• Strong B2B sales and client acquisition experience
• Experience dealing with commercial/project stakeholders and decision-makers
• Exposure to SITC, BOQ, estimation, tendering or turnkey projects will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business
• Target-oriented and comfortable with client meetings and business travel
