We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist to lead and grow our presence across the Latin America and Caribbean (LATAM & Caribbean) market. This role requires deep regional market knowledge, a strong business-driven mindset, and a proven ability to identify, pursue, and convert opportunities into closed deals. The ideal candidate will also lead a distributed team across multiple regions/countries, providing guidance, coaching, and performance tracking to ensure targets are consistently met.
