Business Development Manager Learning & Development

Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years in B2B sales for Learning & Development Corporate Trainings.

Qualification: MBA / PGD - Sales or Marketing preferred, Minimum Graduate.

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

• Must have in-depth working knowledge in B2B sales in Learning and Development industry.
• Maintaining full life cycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
• Setting up meetings with existing and potential clients for Enterprise Corporate Trainings Services such as Soft skills trainings, Technical trainings & Leaderships trainings of Prompt personnel.
• Giving Presentation to clients for customized training solutions.
• Targeting B2B clients & generate leads, new opportunity and sales for the organization.
• Deep understanding of client needs to evaluate the requirement of the client.
• Rapport building with existing clients and cross selling for generating new business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, team building capabilities and being a effective coordinator for the trainings.
• Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
• Working closely with internal teams/departments to develop new business.
• Participating and representing the company at corporate/networking events.
• Maintain the status of all prospects on daily/weekly/monthly basis and submit it through CRM.
