Business Development Manager IT Solutions

Reports To Sales Head

General Description:

Generate sales for Data & Database Security Solutions across named large corporate and enterprise accounts. Drive business development through consultative selling, identify customer security requirements, and build long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with large enterprise accounts

• Identify IT and Data Security opportunities and recommend suitable solutions.

• Manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

• Engage with IT, Security, Project, and Business stakeholders.

• Own revenue targets, account growth, and sales forecasting.

• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning.

Work Experience:

12 - 15 years of direct sales experience in IT Application & Data Security Solutions, with a proven track record of selling to large enterprise clients and consistently achieving revenue targets

Education:

Graduate (Engineering/Science preferred) with an MBA preferred.Ideal Candidate A consultative IT Solutions Sales professional with strong enterprise account management skills, experience in Data & Database Security solutions, excellent stakeholder management, and effective communication in English, Hindi, and the local language.
