Business Development Manager For Home Interiors Company

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our home interiors company. They should have excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and other offline/online strategies.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by promoting our interior design services to homeowners, builders, and real estate developers.
• Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct site visits, present design concepts, and explain the benefits of our interior solutions.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts with clients.
• Collaboration with Designers & Project Team: Work closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Networking & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with real estate agents, architects, and vendors to increase business opportunities.
