Business Development Manager - Firestop

Site Visit
• Identify, Connect and maintain the data base of the Construction Site by the Type of
Construction (Real Estate, Infra-projects, Industrial, Maintenance Work, Faade Works
etc.)
• Analyze and forecast the site requirement with the key contacts for firestop
products.
• Maintain the PR and Cordial relation with the Site Office / Contractors / Consultants /
Architects
• Converts the projects leads in favor of company.
• Inspect the installation carried out by applicator
Others
• Achieve Monthly sales and collection target.
• Solution provider to the Technical and Sales Team
(Analyze and prepare the techno commercial offer based on the data received from sales,
support technical team to prepare BOQ and BOM)
• To explore the potential of product requirement at the projects.
• Train applicators on firestop applications
• Coordinate demonstration
• Developing / Nurturing Dealer & Direct business
• Daily Reporting to Manger Firestop and Foams.
