Business Development Manager/Executive

• Proactively identify, drive requirements, cultivate new business opportunities & capture new contracts / orders.
• 2. To maintain the relationship with builders, architects, contractors, consultants, developers, corporate &government department executive/officers.
• 3. Keeping the track of information from clients about upcoming projects.
• 4. To maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales report & submit it to the senior authority.
• 5. To follow up with the commercial officers about the bill & payment status.
• 6. Preparing the Database of all the customers.
• 7. Finalizing the orders as per company norms and doing all the tasks related to sales process (quotations, SOC, reports, collection of PO & payments).
• 8. Build strong relationships with new & existing customers to drive sales growth.

Qualifications & eligibility criteria :

• 1. For Sr. Executive Sales: Graduates, Civil engg. Diploma, MBA with 1-2 year experience.
• 2. Candidates working with construction chemicals and Chemicals industry or any construction related industry (Cement, Sand, Tiles, paints, Construction material) could apply to the same posting.
• 3. Good English read/write/speak skill.
• 4. Working comfort level in front of customers.
• 5. Computer knowledge for various tasks.
• 6. Excellent organizational and management skill.
• 7. Candidate must have own vehicle.
