Business Development Manager - EPC_Bangalore

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical) preferred.
• MBA in Marketing or Business Management is an added advantage.
• 8-15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Tendering, or Project Acquisition within EPC companies.
• Experience working with Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Center, Renewable Energy, or Construction projects.

Required Skills

• Strong network within EPC and Infrastructure ecosystem.
• Expertise in tendering and contract negotiations.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle and EPC business models.
• Strong commercial acumen and revenue management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
