Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Domestic & IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and Team Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hiring requirements and the ability to align client needs with staffing solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through domestic staffing & IT client acquisition.
• Understand IT skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.) and align them with client needs.
• Manage end-to-end client engagement requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Handle C2C(Corp-to-Corp) and Full-Time staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/business executives to achieve business goals.
• Prepare business plans, strategies, and presentations to acquire new clients.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development within Domestic & IT Staffing.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends.
• Proven experience in client acquisition, client handling, and closures.
• Hands-on experience with C2C and Full-Time staffing requirements.
• Team handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication,negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client network in the IT staffing domain is an added advantage
