Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and grow B2B clients across Europe.
- Manage existing accounts and increase client share.
- Drive hunting and farming of key accounts.
- Support product development and merchandising.
- Track European market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
- Lead client negotiations and build strong customer relationships.
- Travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows.
Key Requirements:
- 7 - 8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds and jewellery for Europe market.
- Strong product and merchandising knowledge.
- Proven hunting and farming experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- European market/client exposure preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
