About the Role Results-driven Business Development Manager to drive direct sales of CyberCommand's cybersecurity solutions within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise B2B sales and be capable of managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the assigned sales territory.
- Generate new business through field sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, and partnerchannels.
- Meet customers, understand business needs, and position CyberCommand's cybersecuritysolutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and procurement teams.
- Work with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals.
- Develop channel partners and referral networks.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and forecast reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Cybersecurity, IT Services, Cloud, Enterprise Software, orSaaS.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging enterprise decision-makers.
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling cybersecurity or managed services.
- Existing enterprise customer network.
- Experience with channel sales and enterprise RFPs.
