To drive business acquisition and portfolio development within the commercial vehicle and construction equipment segment through assessment of customer requirements and identification of lending opportunities.

- Onboard and manage Dealers, DSAs, and channel partners to drive business growth across CV CE products.
- Lead sourcing and business development activities to achieve portfolio growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Evaluate customer proposals and structure financing solutions in line with credit and business requirements.
- Conduct financial and market analysis to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support informed business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and key business partners.
- Lead and drive the performance of frontline sales and business development teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and high activity levels to ensure consistent business growth.
- Ensure superior customer service and high-quality sourcing standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive cross-selling of liability products and third-party products to maximize customer value.
