Primary Skills

Must have an established network of Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS programs, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners in the US IT Staffing market.
Must be capable of immediately onboarding new clients, vendor ships, implementation partners, and prime vendors from Day One.
Must have the ability to generate and secure active daily IT requirements immediately upon joining and maintain a consistent flow of requirements for the recruitment team.
Proven track record of acquiring new business, generating immediate requirements, and driving revenue growth in the US IT Staffing industry.
Ability to work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely submissions, interviews, and successful placements against client requirements.
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models and the end-to-end US IT staffing lifecycle.
Excellent skills in business development, lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and strategic account development.
