Business Development Manager - Architectural

Role & responsibilities

Drive specification and business development activities for Architectural Powder Coatings, with a strong focus on facade and fenestration projects across the assigned region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, facade consultants, facade fabricators, system suppliers, project owners, and approved applicators to influence specification decisions and secure project approvals. • Identify, track, and engage with strategic projects from the early design stage through execution to position Jotun as the preferred coatings partner and maximize business opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective project follow-up, customer support, and successful project conversion. • Monitor market trends, construction activity, customer requirements, and competitor developments to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market presence, and maintain a robust project pipeline. • Act as a role model for Jotun's leadership expectations and Penguin Spirit, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a customer-centric culture while contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
