Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager International Business Development APAC)

Experience Required: 7+ Years in International BD (APAC Market)

Shift Timing:

APAC : 7 to 4 pm IST

Location: Ahmedabad / Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated International Business Development to drive new client acquisition in the APAC markets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching staffing/recruitment services, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in APAC markets
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
• Pitch IT / Non-IT staffing and recruitment services to international clients
• Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain CRM and prepare business reports
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in APAC BD
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of international hiring models (C2C, W2, permanent, Contract for US)
• Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset
• Ability to work in Apac shift

Preferred:

• Experience in IT /non IT Staffing
• Strong understanding of compliance and international recruitment process
