About Dhruvsutra
Dhruvsutra builds custom software for companies on a fixed-price, milestone basis. Our engineering team brings 8–10 years of experience each from Nasdaq-listed product companies. We deliver production-grade products, not throwaway prototypes.
We're looking for a Business Development Lead to bring in projects from US and global clients.
What you'll do
- Find and qualify companies that need software built
- Run discovery calls and bring us in for scoping and pricing
- Own the client relationship from first conversation to signed contract
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities
What we're looking for
- Experience selling custom software or development services to US clients
- A track record of closing fixed-price projects of $10k+
- An existing network of founders, product leaders, or agencies is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with US time zones
- Self-driven and results-oriented
Compensation
- Commission-based: you earn on every project you bring in, paid as client milestones are collected
- Monthly component negotiable
- Uncapped earnings as the pipeline grows
