Business Development & Lead Conversion Intern — JoinMyFlat

JoinMyFlat is looking for proactive interns to help us grow our host network.

What you'll do:

Identify potential hosts through online research and relevant platforms, connect with them through calls and WhatsApp, follow up, and help convert them into live listings on JoinMyFlat.

You will be trained on how and where to find genuine leads, how to approach potential hosts, and how to manage the complete process from finding a lead to conversion.

This is not a traditional sales role. You don't have to sell anything or collect any payment. Your goal is to bring genuine hosts onto our platform and convert leads into live listings.

You should be comfortable making around 10–20 calls/messages a day and following up regularly.

You must have:

• Your own laptop with reliable internet

• Smartphone with WhatsApp

• A phone number you're comfortable using for work calls and messages

• Good Hindi/English communication

• Availability for 5–6 hours/day, 6 days/week

• Comfort working with daily lead and conversion targets

What you get:

5,000/month stipend + performance incentives + Internship Completion Certificate.

Previous experience is not required. We are looking for someone who communicates well, follows up consistently, and is serious about the work.
