Role Description The Business Development Intern role at FirstSight is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, assisting in outreach to potential clients, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers from prospecting to onboarding. The intern will interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, share relevant information about FirstSight's services, and help nurture relationships. The role offers exposure to performance marketing, ecommerce, and cross-border growth strategies while working closely with senior team members.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and clients.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining basic sales pipelines.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to study industries, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and relationship building.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce, or performance marketing is beneficial.
• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM tools) is preferred.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
