About the Role
You'll be Ainrion's outbound engine. Your job is to find potential clients, reach out to them by phone and email, and book meetings for our team. This is a self-driven role: no hand-holding, no micromanagement. You own your pipeline and your results.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build lists of target businesses and decision-makers
- Cold call and email prospects to introduce Ainrion's services
- Follow up consistently and keep leads warm until they convert to meetings
- Book discovery calls and demos for the founders
- Track every lead, call and reply in a CRM or sheet
- Manage your own daily targets, schedule and follow-ups with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently
- Own laptop, phone and stable internet
- Basic familiarity with email tools, Google Sheets, or LinkedIn
- Prior sales or outreach experience is required
