Business Development Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Cold Calling & Outreach: Connect with potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and other channels.
• Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective customers, generate leads, and build a sales pipeline.
• Email Marketing: Create and execute outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
• Product Demonstrations: Understand our products and confidently deliver demos to prospective customers.
• Sales & Follow-ups: Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, handle initial queries, and help convert opportunities into customers.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain lead information, track interactions, and update sales activities.
• Product Learning: Learn about IT services, SaaS platforms, AI tools, and technology-driven business solutions.
• Business Development: Support the team in achieving lead generation, demo booking, and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and communicating with clients.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, AI tools, IT products, and SaaS platforms.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to explain products clearly and conduct presentations or demos.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email tools, and CRM platforms is an advantage.
• A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take ownership.
