ABOUT SUREPASS TECHNOLOGIES

SurePass Technologies is a digital identity verification and API solutions company that helps businesses simplify KYC, identity verification, financial verification, document verification, and digital onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Connect with potential customers and identify new business opportunities.

Reach out to leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant SurePass solutions.

Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.

Schedule meetings and coordinate product demonstrations with potential clients.

Maintain lead records, customer interactions, and sales updates in the CRM.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals and targets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Confidence in speaking with customers over calls and emails.

Interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Good follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is an advantage.

Freshers and candidates eager to build a career in sales are welcome!
