Role Description The Business Development Intern role at oho Living is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The intern will support business growth by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation activities, and conducting market research to understand local demand and competitor offerings. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective customers, maintaining relationships with existing tenants, gathering feedback, and preparing basic reports and presentations for the business development team. The intern will also collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience, support promotional activities, and contribute ideas to expand oho Living's presence in the region.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market trends and customer feedback.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Lead Generation capabilities and interest in outreach, networking, and prospect qualification.
• Market Research skills to collect, organize, and present data on competitors and customer preferences.
• Customer Service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Interest in real estate, hospitality, or shared housing platforms is beneficial.
• Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, online communication tools).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
