Aivessia is looking for a curious, proactive, and ambitious Business Development Intern who wants to be part of the early stage of an AI Automation company and contribute directly to its growth.

ABOUT AIVESSIA

Aivessia helps businesses reduce repetitive work, improve lead management, and scale their operations through AI-powered solutions.

We build AI Agents, AI Automation Systems, WhatsApp Automation, AI Calling Solutions, Workflow Automation, CRM Integrations, and other business process automation solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Explore and engage with potential business opportunities.

• Build meaningful conversations with potential clients.

• Understand business problems and identify relevant opportunities.

• Contribute to Aivessia's client acquisition and growth.

• Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.

• Take ownership of assigned growth initiatives.

• Work closely with the founder and get direct exposure to how an early-stage AI business is built.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to complete an internship.

We're looking for someone who wants to learn by doing.

You could be a great fit if you have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

• Curiosity about business, startups, and AI.

• Basic understanding or genuine interest in AI, AI Agents, Automation, or related technologies.

• The ability to understand business problems and think from a solution perspective.

• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take responsibility.

Previous experience in business development or outreach is a plus, but not mandatory.
