Role Description The Business Development Intern will work full time on-site in Chirawa, supporting efforts to expand the firm's client base and strengthen existing relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential leads, assisting in outreach activities, and helping prepare presentations or proposals for prospective clients. The intern will conduct basic market research to understand target segments, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in financial and compliance services. They will also interact with clients and prospects under guidance from senior team members, maintain records in CRM or tracking tools, and collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
