### Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads for potential corporate clients
* Research companies with current or upcoming hiring requirements
* Collect HR/TA contact details and company information
* Connect with HRs and companies through calls, LinkedIn & email
* Understand basic staffing and recruitment requirements
* Maintain and update lead/client databases
* Follow up with potential clients
* Coordinate with the recruitment team on new requirements
* Prepare daily activity reports
