Business Development Intern

Bharat Managed Services is a global IT services company offering Managed IT, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Field Support, IT Procurement and Digital Workplace solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support lead generation, client outreach and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email and online research
• Identify prospects and connect with decisionmakers
• Schedule client meetings and assist in qualifying opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and learn to position BMS solutions
• Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records
• Support the sales team in converting leads to business
• Work towards assigned weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed any bachelor's degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn cold calling and client interaction
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of IT products/services is an advantage
• Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus
