Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship for a Lead Generation and Business Development Executive (BDE) role. The intern will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, managing relationships, and expanding partnerships. Key tasks include generating leads, conducting customer outreach, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in sales and training initiatives. Additional duties include supporting the sales team in achieving targets and analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to identify leads, develop strategies, and meet targets.
• Capability to assist in Training programs and contribute to team success.
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving ability, and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiasm for working in the talent recruitment and placement ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
