Business Development Intern

Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth of Dream a Dozen during peak gifting season by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in building long-term partnerships. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bangalore and involves meeting clients, pitching our services and closing deals. The intern will assist in preparing presentations and proposals, maintaining client databases, and tracking business development activities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, supporting customer interactions, and helping improve business processes to enhance client satisfaction. The role offers hands-on exposure to business development in a fast-paced, impact-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client outreach, presentations, and internal coordination.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and a basic understanding of sales pipelines or business development processes.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support client interactions and maintain positive relationships.
• Relevant qualifications such as coursework or experience in Business, Marketing, or related fields are beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, and comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.

- Full time from our office in JP Nagar, Bengaluru

- Includes a paid stipend
