Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads provided by the company.
• Connect with interested prospects and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.
• Participate in training and regular performance reviews.
