ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Connect with prospective clients via phone and WhatsApp to understand their learning goals.

• Recommend the most suitable certification program based on individual client requirements.

• Handle queries and objections confidently using our structured objection-handling playbook.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM.

• Participate in daily team huddles and weekly performance reviews to track progress.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Graduate or pursuing Master in any discipline — all streams welcome.

• Language Proficiency (Non-Negotiable): Full professional fluency in Tamil and/or Telugu (spoken and written), along with a working command of English and Hindi. (Only candidates fluent in Tamil or Telugu will be considered for this role).

• Access to a reliable internet connection, smartphone, and laptop.

• Familiarity with ed-tech platforms, learning tools, or professional certifications is a plus.
