We are looking for a Business Development Head West Zone who can build a market from the ground up and generate enterprise business through strong corporate relationships.

The Role:

This is a revenue ownership role. We are not looking for someone who simply manages a sales team, waits for inbound leads or reports market activity. We want a hands-on Business Development Hunter who can: Open Doors Reach Decision Makers Create Opportunities Build Partnerships Close Business Generate Revenue. The ideal candidate should already understand how to reach senior decision-makers across: CEO | COO | CTO | CHRO | CFO | CXO | GM | VP | SVP | Business Owners | Promoters and convert those relationships into meaningful commercial opportunities.

Core Mandate:

Your primary responsibility will be to build and accelerate Friss India's enterprise and strategic business pipeline across the West Zone, while also identifying opportunities in Singapore and Dubai. You will own the complete business-development cycle: Market Mapping Prospecting Senior-Level Access Meetings Solution Positioning Proposal Negotiation Closure Revenue Account Expansion.

What You Will Own:

- Build Business From Scratch: Take ownership of new markets, accounts and business opportunities with limited existing infrastructure.

- Enterprise & Corporate Relationships: Build and leverage relationships with senior decision-makers across Large Corporates, SMEs, Startups, Business Groups, Promoters, Enterprise HR Teams, Technology Leaders, Education Groups, Distribution Networks, and Strategic Partners.

- EdTech & HR Tech Network: Strong existing relationships or demonstrated business exposure in EdTech, HR Tech, Corporate HR, L&D, Recruitment, Workforce Solutions, or Enterprise Technology will be a major advantage.

- Distribution & Channel Development: Build strategic distribution and channel partnerships that generate revenue.

Your performance will be evaluated through metrics including: Qualified Enterprise Opportunities, CXO-Level Meetings, Pipeline Value, Proposal Value, Conversion Rate, New Business Revenue, Strategic Partnerships, Channel Revenue, Account Expansion, Sales Cycle, Gross Margin / Commercial Quality, Revenue per Sales Resource.

Mandatory Experience:

7+ years of professional experience with strong exposure to one or more of: Enterprise Business Development, B2B Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Technology Sales, EdTech, HR Tech, SaaS, Distribution, Corporate Solutions, Channel Development, Institutional Sales, Business Expansion.
