About Diigoo

Diigoo Tech Private Limited is a DPIIT-recognized deep-tech startup based in Hyderabad. We deliver IT consulting, government technology projects, and our own software products. We are incubated at AIC Mahindra, fully bootstrapped and growing fast, with a team of 48 and 4 co-founders.

The Opportunity

We are launching an IT staffing and consulting line. We will hire skilled engineers on Diigoo's payroll and deploy them to client companies in the US, UK, EU, and other international markets such as the Middle East, Singapore, and Australia. We are looking for an experienced business development professional to bring in the clients, projects, and partners that make this line work.

You will have the chance to build and lead the full staffing division as it grows.

What You Will Do

• Find and win IT staffing and consulting clients across the US, UK, EU, and other international markets
• Build relationships with boutique staffing firms, vendors, and prime contractors
• Source and qualify requirements, and work with our team to match the right consultants
• Negotiate rates, MSAs, and SOWs with clients and vendors
• Build and manage a pipeline of open requirements and active placements
• Stay involved with clients after placement to keep them and win repeat business

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years in IT staffing, IT services sales, or vendor management
• Existing relationships with US, UK, or EU clients, vendors, or staffing firms
• A track record of closing staffing or consulting deals, with references you can share
• Strong understanding of billing models (T&M, monthly rate), margins, and contract terms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Based in Hyderabad, or able to work with overlap hours for US and UK time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience with vendor empanelment and prime-vendor and sub-vendor chains
• Familiarity with US engagement and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) or UK IR35
• An existing vendor list or client contacts you can introduce to Diigoo

Engagement and Compensation

• This is a performance-based engagement. You earn commission on every placement and deal you close, paid on client payments received.
• A fixed monthly retainer is added after the initial period, based on agreed performance milestones.
• Full commission terms, milestones, and the agreement are shared and discussed openly before you start.
