Business Development Freelancer - EOR & Offshore Services

Role Overview :

• We are seeking an experienced Business Development Freelancer to drive growth in international markets through our Employer of Record (EOR) and offshore services.
• This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements in the clients country.
• Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Monitor and report on business development metrics and outcomes.

Required Qualifications :

• Proven experience in business development, particularly in EOR and offshore services.
• Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
