Business Development Executives (Freshers)

We sell software development services to companies in Europe and the United States, and we are looking for freshers who want to learn international B2B sales from the ground up. You will research companies that fit what we do, reach out to the right people, and keep our pipeline organised. Nobody expects you to close a deal in your first months. You will be trained on our services, sit in on real client calls, and grow into owning conversations yourself.

• Excellent written and spoken English, since almost all our clients are outside India.
• Comfort writing a short, clear email that a busy person will actually read.
• Research skills: finding the right companies and the right person to contact, using LinkedIn and the web.
• Organised follow-up habits, because most replies come from the second or third touch.
• Basic understanding of what software development services are, and willingness to learn the technical vocabulary.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and with keeping a CRM up to date.
• Resilience with rejection, and the judgement to know when to stop contacting someone.
• Curiosity about a clients business problem rather than only about the sale.

• Any internship or academic project involving sales, marketing or market research.
• Exposure to outreach tools, CRM software, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Interest in AI tools that speed up research and outreach work.
