Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in blockchain and AI services, including prospecting, lead generation, and establishing relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare pitches and proposals, deliver presentations, and participate in client meetings to demonstrate Shivacha Technologies’ solutions. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with technical and marketing teams, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring smooth onboarding and account management for new clients. The role also requires maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients to explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience in identifying and qualifying prospects.
- Solid understanding of business development processes and technology services, preferably in blockchain, AI, or IT solutions.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with account management, relationship building, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets, managing pipelines, and using CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft tailored proposals and commercial offers.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of blockchain and AI concepts, or a strong willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies.
