Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AEC and BIM services markets, including researching prospects, qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. The role involves managing end-to-end lead generation activities, conducting client outreach, preparing and delivering presentations, and coordinating proposals that align with client needs and company capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, tracking sales performance, providing regular reports, and collaborating with technical and marketing teams to position BIM solutions effectively. The Business Development Executive will also participate in industry events, support contract negotiations, and contribute feedback to refine service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business, with the ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to nurture prospects, manage client relationships, and ensure ongoing engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, prepare client-facing documents, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within construction, engineering, technology, or related professional services.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and data-driven reporting for forecasting and performance tracking.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet defined targets and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Interest in BIM, digital construction, or AEC technologies and willingness to learn technical concepts relevant to client conversations.
