Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Business Development Executive to handle incoming leads, understand customer requirements, and convert qualified inquiries into successful sales. This role focuses on engaging prospects who have already shown interest in our SaaS product through calls, demos, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads by calling, facilitating and conducting the demo
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable SaaS solutions
• Conduct product demos and explain features, pricing, and value proposition
• Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in CRM
• Follow up with prospects to close deals within defined timelines
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with marketing, implementation, and support teams

Requirements

• Experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or SaaS sales preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and explain software products
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, etc.)
• Target-driven, customer-focused, and proactive approach

Preferred

• B2B SaaS experience
• Experience handling demos and closing over calls
• Knowledge of lead qualification techniques

Working days - Monday to Friday
Working hours- 9.30am to 6.30pm
