Job Description

ExpertLancing Research Services is looking for motivated fresh graduates in Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering to join our Business Development team. This role offers an opportunity to combine technical knowledge with business development, market research, and client engagement in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities across relevant technical and consulting domains.
• Conduct market research to identify target companies, industry trends, and potential customers.
• Support lead generation, prospect research, and outreach to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal research and consulting teams.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Maintain lead databases, track outreach activities, and update the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
• Work towards assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills

• B.Tech / B.E. in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Interest in business development, consulting, research, and client-facing roles.
• Good research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.
