Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and research High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs) through market mapping, networking, referrals, professional connections, and targeted outreach.
• Initiate conversations with prospective clients and generate qualified business leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with affluent customers through regular engagement, follow-ups, and personalised communication.
• Explore referral opportunities and leverage professional networks to expand the potential client base.
• Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients, tracking engagement, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion progress.
• Coordinate with the team lead to execute client acquisition strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Assist in managing high-value client relationships, arranging meetings, and preparing prospect updates and business development reports.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities aligned with the company's offerings.
• Achieve assigned targets related to prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, pipeline development, and conversions.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and high standards of customer engagement while interacting with affluent clientele.
