Job Title: Tele Sales Executive International Freight Forwarding Company: ABF Group of companies Location: Lalbagh main road ,Bangalore Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years Education: Graduate (any discipline) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive with experience in International Freight Forwarding. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to generate and convert leads through telephonic and digital communication channels. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct tele sales activities to promote international freight forwarding services to potential clients. • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online networking. • Maintain and update customer databases and records of communication. • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Coordinate with the operations and sales team for smooth handling of client requirements. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Graduate in any discipline. • 1 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales, (preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.) • Excellent communication skills in English. (Hindi). • Strong convincing and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
