WE ARE HIRING BDE (Institutional Tie-ups)

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Experience: 4 Years
Salary: 30,000–40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage institutional tie-ups with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
• Build partnerships with industries and corporate organizations.
• Coordinate manpower hiring and placement opportunities.
• Manage NAPS & NATS apprenticeship program tie-ups.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct meetings with institutional and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development and Institutional Tie-ups.
• Experience in manpower hiring, placements, or industry partnerships preferred.
• Knowledge of NAPS and NATS programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
