Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other lead generation platforms.
• Connect with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and schedule meetings.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads, maintain the sales pipeline, and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project delivery.
• A chieve monthly business development targets and contribute to the companys growth.

Qualifications Required

• MBA (Marketing, International Business, or Sales) - Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT services and business development is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and willing to build a career in B2B sales and business development.
